Basic creep type used by Tarnished ???. It can be Mixed with other basic ingredients in order to create a unique mixture.

If picked up by any other character, a large puddle of creep is spawned on the ground, and Isaac leaves a creep trail for 4.5 seconds.

Creep effects Inflicts poison on enemies, dealing 2x Isaac's damage, 1.5 times per second. It lasts for 2.1 seconds and has an additional cooldown of 2.1 seconds between inflictions.

The creep lasts for 8.33 seconds.
